Cape Verde, is the westernmost Cape of Africa.
Porto Grande is the name of the country’s primary cruise port, and is located in Mindelo, on São Vicente island. Other ports include Praia, on Santiago island, and Palmeira, on Sal.
From the Porto Grande Terminal, it's about a 15 minute walk along the coastal road or a 5 minute taxi or shuttle ride into the center of town .
