A shuttle bus will take you from the ship to the terminal exit where you can choose public transport (tram and train), taxi or go on your guided excursion.

The ABC building on the Rederskaai is a multi-functional building in the heart of Zeebrugge. It is both a cruise terminal, and a visitor center, and has a rooftop restaurant.
